Important Updates: Regarding Store Operations

At La Bella Marketplace, we are continually monitoring the latest updates/information regarding the COVID-19 health emergency and how it is impacting our customers, as well as our store operations. Our dedicated team of associates is working around the clock to ensure our communities are as healthy and safe as possible.The latest updates will be posted below as we receive them.

 

What our Valued Customers need to know:

 

Update 5/18/2020:

 

Our Current Store Hours are as follows:

 

Staten Island: Monday – Saturday 8AM – 7PM & Sunday 8AM – 6PM

Brooklyn: Normal Store Hours

 

Update 4/3/2020:

 

Our Palm Sunday Store Hours are as follows (4/5/2020):

Staten Island – 8 AM – 3 PM

Brooklyn – 7:30 AM – 6 PM

 

Our Stores will be closed on Easter Sunday 4/12/2020

 

 

Update 4/1/2020:

 

Our Staten Island location will be operating under the new store hours of 8 AM through 6 PM everyday until further notice.

Our Brooklyn location is still operating under normal store hours until further notice.

 

As of 3/19/20 our stores are operating under normal hours of operation until further notice. To see our store hours click here. If our hours of operation should change, we will post it to this page and our social media pages. We are working around the clock to keep our stores as clean and sanitized as possible. We ask our customers not to come to our stores if exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19 or flu in order to maintain the health and safety of our staff and other customers. Please inquire about our phone order service instead.

 

We will continue to take phone orders. Phone orders are being done in the order in which they come in. We cannot guarantee when your order will be delivered, but we are staffing our stores as much as possible to handle the increase in volume of phone orders. Our inventory situation is changing on an hourly basis. We are dealing with shortages from our suppliers. We are working with all of our suppliers, and searching for new suppliers in order to keep our stores as stocked as possible.

 

Unfortunately, because we cannot guarantee stock on any item, our rain check policy has been discontinued until further notice. The circulation of our fliers has also been discontinued at this time. We have also suspended bottle returns at this time until further notice.
