The retailers serviced by Allegiance currently offer eggs in the organic/cage free/free range/pasture raised category under Allegiance’s Green Way brand, as well as several other brands, including Eggland’s Best, Horizon, Nature’s Yoke, Nellie’s, Organic Valley, Pete and Gerry’s, The Farmer’s Hen, Utopihen and Vital Farms.  We at Allegiance are actively working toward a goal of offering an even broader selection of eggs in the organic/cage free/free range/pasture raised category for sale at the independently owned and operated stores that we service. Factors which are entirely beyond our control, particularly ongoing and to a considerable degree worsening supply limitations and pricing pressure, have continued to work against us.

Our first responsibility is to the customers of the stores serviced by Allegiance, who often depend upon those stores as their only readily accessible source of high quality, fresh food at prices they can afford.  The stores that we service will continue to maximize their offerings of eggs in the organic/cage free/free range/pasture raised category, as circumstances permit and consistent with their mission to serve the best interests of their customers and preserve the ability of their customers to make purchase decisions for themselves which are based on their particular circumstances and preferences.
